What is the maximum number of friends and authors I can have?
What is an "Editor"?
An editor can be appointed to any team and has the same power to edit the
weblog as the owner. This includes the ability to invite/exclude
users from teams, edit and publish weblogs and deleting entries. The editor's
job of publishing or "clearing" an entry is necessary if a category
is defined as "moderated". Authors in moderated categories cannot
publish their entries directly. Once the entries are posted by the authors, the editors
can clear and publish them for all users to read. This enables the owners or
editors to allow lots of users to participate in a blog, but still retain control
over the quality of entries.
Every weblog owner is also an editor of his/her own weblog by default.
You can find an overview of the editors and teams selected under "Community" > "Collaboration". This is where you can manage your teams. If you have not assigned any editors yet, you can do so at "Invite new Editor".

What is an "owner"?
The user creating a weblog is the owner of that blog. There can only be one owner of a weblog.
This person is allowed to do anything he/she wants i.e. form or delete teams, create entries,
delete entries and create new weblogs under the same username etc.
Your Dashboard shows for all weblogs whether you are the owner, an editor or an author.

How can I allow other users to create entries in my weblog?
If you invite another person to be an author of your blog, you give
him or her the right to create entries in specific categories. Click "Community -> Collaboration", then
"Invite new Author" in order to invite another person to publish in your blog.
Next, you need to enter the username of that author and the category he or she
is allowed to write in. If you already added an author and would like to extend
write access to other categories, simply click the corresponding icon and select that category.
This user will then receive an invitation from you. He/she can accept or decline the invitation. As soon as he/she accepts, the new author is now an active member of your team.

What are "Reader groups"?
You might not want the worldwide community to see every entry you make in your blog.
Some entries might be better shared with friends alone. You need to make chosen
users part of your "Reader groups" in order to post entries that are exclusively
for them. Under "Community -> Collaboration" you simply have
to click the link "Create new Reader group" to create a new group. Then you can invite
users to that group by inserting the corresponding username.
That person will receive an invitation via mail which he/she can accept or decline. If the user accepts, he/she becomes an official "reader" of a specific group of your blog.
Whenever you create a new entry, you can share it with specific reader groups. You will find the corresponding box right below the text editor.

The number of groups is unlimited.
Can I get an overview of my readers and authors?
Yes. You can find it under "Community -> Collaboration" for the corresponding blog.
Where can I find an overview of the weblogs that list me as a reader or author?
You can find the overview at "Community -> Collaboration -> Me in other blogs".
A weblog will be listed here after you have received an invitation to it.
If you are an author of other blogs, they will also be listed in your Dashboard.

What or who are "unwanted commentators"?
If you don't feel comfortable with certain users commenting on your blog,
just add them to your "unwanted commentators" and they are no
longer allowed to comment on your blog. The function only works, however, if
you allow comments from registered users only, as opposed to all internet
users. The decision to add a user to your unwanted commentators can be reversed anytime.
You can find this feature at "Community -> More options -> Block commentators".
